Sthayika Seeds Private Limited (CIN: U01100KA2021PTC144850) was incorporated on the Third day of March, two thousand twenty-one under the Companies Act, 2013 (18 of 2013) as a company limited by shares. The main object of the Company is to develop and do business in Agricultural Inputs, primarily improved seeds of various crops. The main promoter of the Company is Dr Kottaram K. Narayanan, a trained Plant Breeder with three decades of experience in Academia as well as Industry. He was the Founder-MD of Metahelix Life Sciences Private Limited, a leading Agricultural technology and Seed enterprise in the country which was acquired by the TATA group in 2016. Later he went on to promote Kottaram Agro Foods Private Limited which is in the business of packaged food products using Indian traditional grains like Ragi
